Closer to Home is Uniting Vulnerable Children, Youth and Families

Our focus on family makes us unique. All of our services are family-driven and strength-based. We rebuild families and keep children in their homes, schools and communities. Our mission is to unite families and give children a place to call home.

We offer a wide range of community programs and services such as early intervention services, in-home family support, foster care, teaching homes (group homes) and semi-independent living.
