About the Position: These permanent full-time positions, based in Airdrie, work closely with a team of professionals to support our Community Teaching Homes and Specialized Community Support programs. The Awake Overnight Staff’s primary responsibility is to provide awake overnight supervision in our programs for clientele ranging in age from 6 years to adulthood and to ensure the safety and security of all clients. You must also complete administrative tasks and household tasks (such as cleaning and food prep) as required.

About the Position: This permanent part-time (0.5 FTE) position works as part of the IT team, to support employees with their technology needs. In this role, you would review and respond to support requests, set up new computer systems and laptops, set up email and server accounts, document passwords and other relevant information and coordinate with external support technicians when needed. You would also work closely with the manager to identify emerging computer trends and needs.
About You: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively collaborate with other professionals. You are extremely detail oriented and organized and can manage multiple projects at one time. You are self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and can determine appropriate priorities. You like to take ownership of a problem and see it through to resolution. A minimum of one year of work experience is required, however, a minimum of two to three years of experience working in an office environment is preferred. Experience working within the non-profit sector is an asset. You must be able to carry computer equipment and work in tight spaces (i.e. under a desk).
